MY SOCK WAS MY FRIEND

His name was Billy

He liked to play hide and seek

Everytime I put him in the dryer

he'd scamper off onto the bookshelf

or behind the medicine cabinet

it was our special game

I left Billy unsatisfied though

It wasnt enough to have me run late for work

because i could not find him

Billy brought his friends into it

One day

all my socks left

Then

my underwear

This caused to have several embarrising instances

with blowing wind

and short skirts

which caused deep emotional scarring

weeks passed

and although I would find billy, the others never returned

It was 3 months later while I was washing my clothes

I heard muffled screams

It was Billy

he had dragged my faded jeans from the dryer

and was slashing away

NO!!!! BILLY!!!! DONT!!!!

I picked up my iron and daintily threw it

incinerating him instantly

Sometimes I lay in bed and think about him
